| Description: | Maintains lodge standards by assisting Director of Facilities with coordinating activities of workers engaged in maintaining and repairing physical structures of buildings and grounds by performing the following duties |
| Duties: | Lead workers engaged in painting, woodwork, and furnishings of buildings.
Lead workers engaged in ground maintenance activities, such as trimming hedges, removing weeds, and raking and disposing of leaves and refuse.
Lead workers engaged in the general cleaning and up keep of buildings.
Lead workers assisting other departments as requested, including moving furniture and unloading and storing supplies.
Enforces safety regulations. |
| Qualifications: | Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
