| Description: | Maintains and repairs physical structures of buildings and maintains grounds by performing assigned duties. |
| Duties: | Receives written work orders or oral instructions from supervisor. Returns work orders with detail of project, materials used and date/time of completion. Paints interior and exterior walls and trim. Operates snow removal equipment to maintain parking lots and sidewalks. Assists other departments with moving furniture and unloading and storing supplies.

| Qualifications: | High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. |
