| Description: | Become a part of the reopening of a well recognized restaurant in the Vail Valley The Lord Gore Restaurant.
The Executive Chef will have the opportunity to create a contemporary menu to compliment the Newly Renovated Manor Vail Lodge. |
| Duties: | The Chef will coordinate activities and direct the training of the kitchen staff engaged in preparing and cooking quality foods to ensure an efficient and profitable establishment. |
| Qualifications: | The position requires a fifth year college or university program certificate or three to five years related experience and/or training; or an equivilant combination of education and experience. CEC Certification Desired. |
